  7. Medium Error.The command terminated with a non-recoverable error condition.

  9. Hardware Error.A non-recoverable hardware error (e.g., drive failure, parity error) was detected.

  11. Illegal Request.There was an illegal paramater in the command or in additional required parameters.

  13. Unit Attention.The drive has been reset.This error is reported the first time any command is issued after the condition is detected; then the requested command is not performed.

  15. Data Protect.A write operation was attempted on a write protected device.

  19. Vendor Unique.A vendor unique error condition occured.

  21. Copy/Compare Aborted.A COPY or COMPARE command was aborted because an error condition was detected on the source and/or destination device.
